Bistro Shabby Chíc in Altea

"We came to Fam by Shabby Chic for dinner to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and had a great experience. The food was excellent, service first class and the restaurant benefits from great views. We had bread and alioli, accompanied by olives and calamari for starters. Followed by dorada and octopus for mains with a bottle of house white wine. The wine was very nice and food delicious . Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend. The bill for everything was 75 eur so very reasonable as well."

"Initially went just for drinks when there were no seats in the Square. Given lovely table on the terrace with views of the harbour in full November sun. Good wines , great service. Probably ordered wrong thing with rib of beef to share as whilst v good flavour the meat as chewy. Still had lovely afternoon and waiters v helpful and attentive."

"We were walking the streets of Altea in search of somewhere to eat. Went into this unassuming place due to it saying that there is a terrace to dine on. Needless to say, we were very pleasantly surprised by both the views and the food! Had the Atún tartar and my girlfriend the Risotto con gambas, both were an amazing treat! Highly recommended!"

"A wonderful place to eat. Along a Beautiful winding side street off the main church square. The cheeseboard was delicious and was the dry cured wagyu. The only negative I would highlight is no offering of crackers to accompany the cheese board. Service wasn’t great .. from a small gentleman that neither spoke Spanish, Dutch nor English…, it was a little frustrating to say the least.."
